Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for qualifying homes: normally maintained, up to about 1,800 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or fewer. Submitting a quote request does not book a cleaning or create any obligation. We confirm your price before scheduling. If the home's condition on arrival is significantly different from what was described, we will discuss an adjusted price with you before continuing.

Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to skip, reschedule or cancel a visit. Repeated late cancellations or lockouts may result in a fee, which we will tell you about before it is ever charged. Recurring service has no long-term contract; you may stop at any time.

Payment

No payment is collected when you request a quote or book. Payment is due when the cleaning is complete. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with your quote.

Satisfaction

If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return to clean that area at no additional charge.

Access, safety and pets

You agree to provide safe access to the home at the scheduled time. Please secure pets that may be anxious or aggressive, and put away valuables, cash and fragile or irreplaceable items. We may decline or stop work in conditions that are unsafe or outside our scope, including hoarding conditions; biohazards (bodily fluids, mold remediation, pest infestations); construction or renovation debris; exterior windows, garages and outdoor areas.

Damage

If something is damaged during a cleaning, tell us within 24 hours so we can look into it and make it right where we are responsible. We are not responsible for items that were already damaged, improperly installed or not secured.
