A first standard clean starts at $119 and biweekly recurring visits start at $109 per visit. Those starting prices fit normally maintained homes up to about 1,800 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or fewer. Larger homes, heavier buildup and add-ons are priced in your quote, and you'll see the price before you book.

Two homes with the same square footage can take very different amounts of time. A short quote lets us give you a price we'll actually stick to, instead of a low number that changes when we arrive. You never pay anything to get a quote.

The first visit takes longer because we're catching up on everything at once. After that, regular visits keep the home at that level, so each one takes less time — and costs less.

We set a regular day every two weeks that works for you. You can skip or move a visit with 48 hours' notice, and there's no long-term contract — you can stop any time.

Biweekly is the most popular choice for most households: the home never gets far from clean, and it costs less per month than weekly. Weekly makes sense for large families, multiple pets or anyone who wants the house reset every week. If you're not sure, choose "Not sure yet" in the quote form and we'll talk it through.

No. Recurring service continues as long as it's useful to you. Let us know if you want to pause or stop.

A standard clean covers everything a home needs to look and feel clean: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors and surfaces. A deep clean adds detail work such as hand-wiping baseboards, doors and frames, window sills, vent covers and heavy soap scum or grease. Homes that haven't had a thorough cleaning in a while usually need a deep clean first.

Not always. If your home is reasonably maintained, your first recurring visit is a standard first clean. If there's significant buildup, we'll tell you upfront that a deep clean is needed to get the home to a level we can maintain.

Yes. Tell us about your pets in the quote form. Heavy pet hair adds time, so we account for it in your price. For everyone's safety, we ask that dogs be secured during the visit.

We don't take on hoarding conditions; biohazards (bodily fluids, mold remediation, pest infestations); construction or renovation debris; exterior windows, garages and outdoor areas. If you're unsure whether something is included, ask in the notes on your quote request.

We clean homes in Yukon and West Oklahoma City. If you're just outside that area, request a quote anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

No. Many customers are at work during their visit. We'll agree on how to get in (a code, lockbox or hidden key) when you book.

Nothing is charged when you request a quote or book. Payment is due after the clean is finished — we currently accept cash.

Tell us within 24 hours. If something on our checklist was missed, we'll come back and take care of it at no charge.

We review every request ourselves and get back to you by the contact method you choose during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8 AM–6 PM). Requests sent in the evening are answered the next business day.
