What move-out cleaning includes
For an empty home with no furniture or belongings left inside. If something will still be in the home, tell us in the quote form.
Kitchen
- Everything on the standard kitchen checklist
- Inside cabinets and drawers wiped out
- Inside the refrigerator and freezer cleaned (must be empty)
- Inside the oven cleaned
- Range hood and backsplash degreased
Bathrooms
- Everything on the standard bathroom checklist
- Inside cabinets and drawers wiped out
- Soap scum and hard-water buildup on tub, shower and glass
- Exhaust fan cover dusted
Bedrooms, closets & living areas
- Closet shelves and rods wiped
- Baseboards hand-wiped
- Window sills and tracks cleaned
- Carpets vacuumed; hard floors vacuumed and mopped
Throughout the home
- Doors, door frames and trim wiped
- Light switches, outlets covers and door handles wiped
- Vent covers and reachable light fixtures dusted
- Blinds dusted
Not included
- Washing walls or paint touch-ups
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
- Hauling away trash, furniture or belongings left behind
- Exterior windows, garages and patios
- Anything above step-ladder height
- Biohazards, mold remediation or pest infestations
How it's priced
Most move-out cleans fall between $349–$649+. Where yours lands depends on the size of the home, its condition and how much needs doing inside cabinets and appliances.
