• Your name, phone number, email address (optional) and preferred contact method
• Your ZIP code and details about your home (size, rooms, condition, extras)
• Anything you write in the notes field
• How you heard about us, if you tell us
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages about your quote and appointments

We use this information only to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and provide service if you book.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a quote request we record the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any marketing campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source or ad click IDs). This tells us which of our efforts are working. It is stored in your browser and sent with your request.

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a quote request was completed. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or notes to Google Analytics. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example email delivery, spreadsheet or customer-management tools, and website hosting — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide service and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop receiving messages from us, contact us at redcrestcleaningok@gmail.com. You can reply STOP to any text message we send.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning service. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
